DO YOU MAKE OFFERS OR PROMOTIONS ON TREATMENTS?
No. Cosmetic medicine treatments and surgeries are specialized medical procedures, and as such, they cannot be subject to promotions or offers. It is neither ethical nor legal, even if there are places where they do it.
WHAT VALIDITY DO BUDGETS HAVE?
Our quotes are valid for 3 months; after this period, our current rates will apply and the price may vary.
DO YOU OFFER FINANCING OPPORTUNITY?
Yes. We have a financing option of up to €1,500 for which only a credit card and an ID are required; and another option to carry out a financing study. The financial institution studies each case individually in relation to the patient’s personal, employment and tax status. We cannot guarantee that the operation will be approved.
WHY IS IT IMPORTANT TO GO TO AN ACCREDITED MEDICAL CENTER?
Our team is made up of professionals with the required qualifications to carry out aesthetic medicine, facial plastic surgery, maxillofacial surgery and dermatology treatments. This way we can guarantee the highest quality and safety of our treatments, as well as the products used.
Clínica One Face is a centre accredited since its opening by the Conselleria de Sanidad de les Illes Balears. We also have the U48 clinic accreditation. The medical director, Dr Víctor Hidalgo López, is a member of the Balearic Islands College of Physicians, the Spanish Society of Oral and Maxillofacial and Head and Neck Surgery, the Spanish Society of Aesthetic Medicine and the Spanish Society of Facial Plastic Surgery, among others.

FROM THE TIME I MAKE THE DECISION TO HAVE SURGERY OR AESTHETIC TREATMENT, HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE BEFORE I CAN DO IT?
It depends on the surgery or aesthetic medicine treatment, but we can usually schedule it within a maximum of one month.
ARE COSMETIC OR MAXILLOFACIAL SURGERY OPERATIONS PERFORMED IN THE CLINIC?
We have our own fully equipped operating room, where we perform surgeries that only require local anesthesia or sedation. For surgeries that require general anesthesia, we perform them at the Quirón Son Verí clinic.
We also have a dental office where we perform certain maxillofacial surgeries, such as extractions or dental implants.
WILL THERE BE BRUISE FROM THE PIN PRICKS?
Whenever there is a puncture, there is a small risk of bruising. The appearance and duration of the bruising will depend on each patient. It can take 4 to 10 days to disappear. However, we use a cannula instead of a needle whenever possible, and the needles are of a very fine calibre to minimise the risk of bruising.
In addition, we recommend applying a specific post-treatment cream to prevent the appearance of bruising and reduce its duration.
ARE THE TREATMENTS PAINFUL?
The discomfort depends a bit on the pain tolerance of each patient. We do everything possible to reduce any discomfort as much as possible, starting the process in some cases with the topical application of anesthetic cream. In addition, most injectable products contain anesthetic in their composition, so that the punctures are as painless as possible.
We also have a vibration device that reduces the painful sensation, making the treatments very tolerable.
For treatments with laser or fractional radiofrequency with needles or microneedling, we apply a highly concentrated, master-formulated anesthetic cream to make the treatment comfortable for the patient.
WILL MY EXPRESSION OR THE SHAPE OF MY FACE CHANGE? WILL IT LOOK NATURAL?
Our three basic principles are: Naturalness, safety and confidence. We, like our patients, do not like treatments to be “obvious”. We seek an improvement effect, but with subtlety and naturalness. To do this, our doctors make an initial assessment of the patient, in order to know which aspects they want to improve. During this visit, the doctors explain what the proposed procedure consists of, what we can achieve with it, and they will also show examples of results in other patients.
We respect the rhythms of each patient, without forcing the performance of treatments. And we will never offer a treatment that the patient does not need.
We will also not perform a treatment that the doctors do not agree with, for medical, ethical or aesthetic reasons.
