BICHECTOMY
Bichectomy is the surgery in which Bichat’s balls are removed. These are accumulations of fat that we have lodged in the cheeks.
Through an incision inside the mouth, the surgeon locates the balls and removes them, leaving a spot that falls off on its own.
WHO IS THE CANDIDATE?
The ideal candidate for bichectomy is a relatively young patient (less than 40-45 years old) with a round face and normal weight.
